About the Role

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support founders and leadership teams with daily operations, communication, and project execution. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role where you’ll act as an extension of the founder’s operational capacity, keeping things organized, moving, and aligned. You’ll handle coordination, communication, and light creative work while helping maintain structure across multiple projects and priorities.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage calendars, schedules, reminders, and day-to-day priorities
  • Support internal and external communication on behalf of the founder or leadership team
  • Assist with project management: tracking tasks, organizing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are hit
  • Conduct research and prepare summaries, briefs, and follow-up documentation
  • Provide light design support using Canva (presentations, templates, visuals)
  • Maintain organized systems, files, and SOPs to keep operations smooth and efficient
