INDI Staffing Services is seeking an ETL/Data Engineer to design and implement data processing systems and pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable business insights through advanced technical expertise and strategic data architecture.

You will design scalable ETL pipelines, build and optimize data architectures, implement data quality checks, and collaborate with data analysts and business teams to deliver robust solutions that improve performance and drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of ETL development or data engineering experience.
• Proficient in SQL and Python with hands-on data processing frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms.
• Experience in data modeling and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with version control and data pipeline orchestration tools.
• Solid data quality assurance and monitoring practices.
• Advanced English language skills.
