A global technology company in Brazil is looking for a temporary service specialist to support maintenance and repairs on selected products at customer sites. Responsibilities include completing learnings, preparing service checklists, and following up on customer commitments. This position has opportunities for growth into Field Service roles over time, fostering personal and professional development within a pioneering environment focused on innovative solutions.

Responsabilidades

  • Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by ALSOC trainer.
  • Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs on selected products at customer sites.
  • Complete preparation checklists for assigned service jobs.
  • Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
  • Report unsafe practices and other safety incidents according to local reporting procedures.
  • Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales leads to sales organization.
  • Execute services in our Service Centers if required.

Note: this is a temporary position that need to be develop overtime to Field Service I or Service Centre positions.
