As a Chat Moderator, you will help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment by monitoring conversations, enforcing platform guidelines, and supporting users through text‑based interactions only.

This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility, comprehensive training, and the opportunity to grow within a technology‑driven organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor live chat rooms, forums, or messaging platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines

  • Review and moderate user‑generated content, including text messages and comments

  • Identify, flag, and remove inappropriate, harmful, or policy‑violating content

  • Respond to user inquiries and concerns through chat in a professional and timely manner

  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to senior moderators or management when required

  • Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and user interactions

  • Stay up to date with moderation policies, platform rules, and updates

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of moderation processes and quality standards
