Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer to work directly with one major enterprise customer.

This is a hands‑on role involving both full‑stack JavaScript development and customer‑facing support.

You will gather requirements, develop and ship customer‑specific features, resolve issues, and keep the customer updated through calls and messages.

You’ll also participate in our regular engineering sprints alongside other developers and product staff.

Responsibilities

  • Work within engineering sprints and coordinate with internal teams.
