Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the success of the overall Enterprise service delivery program.
  • Develop critical relationships with customers to promote satisfaction, understanding and comprehension with the services and ultimately gain retention and dedication.
  • Work closely with multiple internal parties to ensure detailed communication, blocking issues and follow-through so that customers are guaranteed a smooth journey and cheerful experience with Agilent.
  • Provide cross‑functional team leadership that is in line with Agilent policies and procedures.
  • Lead customer physical inventory and asset tagging activities.
  • Daily management of laboratory equipment as per the existing procedures.
  • Assist with identifying, onboarding and contracting third party service providers to support assigned projects and programs.
  • Perform administrative activities with suppliers (contracts, purchase orders, payments, performance evaluation, and others).
  • Schedule activities – make and monitor schedule for Preventive Maintenance, Calibration and Qualification, insure the timely delivery of these activities.
  • Follow and report progress of services to the team.
  • Service call – contact vendor / Agilent service engineer and help the service engineer to identify the problem.
  • Responsible for costing customized solutions and ensuring implementation within budgets.
  • Responsible for managing performance indicators and financial control of the assigned account(s).
  • Ability to travel, up to 50%.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2+ years experience working in a scientific or quality control lab or comparable experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in project management.
  • Previous experience being part of a remote team and remote customer base.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer goals and propose creative solutions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and organizational skills; excellent analytical, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to build and foster good relationships.
  • Ability to balance challenging priorities.
  • Self‑motivated and directed individual.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Smartsheet and the ability to learn other tools that will be utilized in this role.
  • Experience with deploying and delivering Asset Performance Management Projects.
  • Must consent to participate and meet Agilent approved customer / vendor credentialing requirements necessary to gain access to customer sites (proof of identification, proof of certification to perform the work required, customer health and safety requirements, etc.).

This job has a full time weekly schedule.

Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
