Overview

One of our clients is looking to engage a global team of consultants to help with the development and maintenance of Salesforce.

The team will lead the development and maintenance of approximately 13 Salesforce applications that support various Tax Teams, including the Portfolio Management Team.

We are based in Sao Paulo, Brazil; Mexico City; and San José, Costa Rica.

You will be hired as an Independent Contractor in a B2B model as a consultant professional.

The Technology Development Support team will consist of 4–6 consultants globally in roles such as Senior Enterprise Application Developer, Senior Integration Specialist, Enterprise Application Developer, and QA / Functional Test Specialist.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on configuration, workflow automation, data management, and reporting, and wants to continue growing their technical depth within enterprise platforms such as Salesforce.

You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to deliver practical solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Build and enhance custom applications and declarative solutions
• Configure objects, fields, validations, and business logic
• Design and implement workflow automation, approvals, and notifications
• Develop modern UI components, custom pages, and user-friendly experiencesCreate reports and dashboards for different stakeholder groups
• Support data loads, migrations, and data quality controls
• Troubleshoot issues and continuously improve existing solutions
• Document solutions, test cases, and user guides

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience developing on enterprise application platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, especially declarative development (Flows, Validation Rules, Formula Fields, Approval Processes)
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
• Experience building reports and dashboards
• Basic to intermediate experience with custom code and scripting
• Ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions
• Exposure to other platforms (Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho, Mendix, Appian, etc.)
• Experience with analytics tools (CRM Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with system integrations and data exchange concepts

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Salesforce Administrator or App Builder Certification – preferred

Interest in continuing certification and platform specialization

English language proficiency (speaking, listening, and writing)

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
