Enterprise Account Manager SOLA (Spanish Speaking)
We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager SOLA (Spanish Speaking) to join our expanding sales team in São Paulo. About The Role
- Proactively own and manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts and become their trusted advisor and influencer
- Possess a comprehensive understanding ofmonday.com solution and connect that knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Proactively build and identify opportunity signals and generate expansion opportunities (up-sell, add-on, cross-sell, etc.)
- Be an expert on themonday.com platform, with a deep understanding of our capabilities and value
- Consult with customers on their internal processes and challenge leaders to drive change across their organization
- Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to generate awareness and drive usage ofmonday.com
- Partner with others atmonday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back
Your Experience & Skills
- 3+ years experience in SaaS Account Management
- Experience in handling Enterprise sales and account management
- Superb multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Strong sales background with track record from opportunity to close
- Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
- Account and quota planning skills
- Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
- Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a winning approach
- Experience with the LATAM market, ideally doing business in South of LATAM
