What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Manage multiple medium deliveries and assist with complex global SaaS API integrations and UI implementations
• Create and manage work plans to ensure contractually defined implementations are delivered on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary escalation point for project implementation and product delivery issues
• Coordinate customer user acceptance testing and product training with stakeholders
• Conduct interim and post-project reviews to recommend improvements for future projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Bachelor's degree or Technical/Vocational Degree
• 2+ years of customer delivery or customer software integration experience in the SaaS sector
• 2+ years of experience working with development teams and product managers in an Agile framework

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience managing multiple small to medium API customer integrations
• Familiarity with Google Suite, MS Office Products, JIRA, Confluence, and LucidChart
• Proven ability to manage complex team dynamics and thrive in adaptable environments
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
