• Contatar alunos periodicamente para entender e atender suas necessidades.
• Oferecer suporte abrangente aos alunos de forma compassiva.

Job Characteristics

• Position: ESL Teacher
• Location: 100% Remote
• Employment Type: Contract
• Start Date: January 2026
• Note: Candidates MUST be available to work Monday through Thursday, 7-9pm.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, memorable classes.
• Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp outside of class hours.
• Correct homework and activities on teaching platform.
• Periodically contact students to understand and meet their needs.
• Focus on student results beyond class hours.
• Offer comprehensive support to students in a compassionate manner.
• Pursue continuous professional development.
• Have good quality video and audio.
• Have a high speed and reliable internet connection.
• Participate in weekly team meetings (Monday’s at 10am, for 30 minutes)

Qualifications

• CELTA, DELTA or TKT certification from Cambridge.
• C2 English proficiency level
• Ability to teach using the communicative approach
• Teachers who bring positve energy to class
• Strong ability to use online teaching platforms and digital tools effectively
• Ambition and a desire for growth, with the potential to become a leader.
• Humility and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A positive attitude towards feedback, recognising its importance in improving client impact.

• Excellent communication skills to initiate and engage in conversations aimed at service improvement.
