Qualificações

  • Bacharel em Engenharia Elétrica, Mecatrônica ou área relacionada.
  • Experiência forte em design de hardware (motores, transformadores, etc.).
  • Experiência com equipamentos rotativos (alternadores, geradores, motores AC e DC).

Responsabilidades

  • Fornecer liderança técnica para uma equipe de engenheiros.
  • Conduzir iniciativas e liderar projetos de introdução de novos produtos.
  • Apoiar e fazer recomendações para a gestão.

Conhecimentos

Experiência com design de hardware
Compreensão de eletromagnetismo

Who will you be working with?

How will you make a difference?

  • You will be responsible for motors and / or alternator electrical design and work with cross functional teams to meet assigned objectives.
Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for giving technical leadership on major and complex assignments with long-term business implications, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • Strong experience with hardware design (i.e., motors, transformers, etc.).
  • Experience with rotating equipment (alternators, generators, AC motors, DC motors).
  • Good understanding of electromagnetics.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Typical Day
  • Provide technical leadership for a team of engineers within Propulsion Engineering.
  • Take initiative and lead on new product introduction, reliability, productivity, manufacturing and sourcing support projects.
  • Provide support and recommendations to management, lead business case discussions for multi-generation product planning.
  • Assure technical quality excellence, timely completion of work and quality reviews, and responsiveness to customer / program needs.
  • Lead communication on technical and business issues between organizations and within work groups.
  • Promote professional growth through feedback, coaching, and mentoring, where appropriate.
  • Ensure company compliance initiatives and training requirements are implemented within work group.
