• Lead and drive product development projects from concept through production launch, ensuring scope, quality, cost, timing and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Apply EPM guidelines and monitor project milestones, risks and deliverables.
• Contribute to research and development of new solutions and continuous product improvement.
• Perform cost analyses and modeling to support competitiveness and project objectives.

What you’ll do:

Lead and drive product development projects from concept through production launch, ensuring the successful execution of project objectives related to scope, quality, cost, timing, and customer satisfaction. Act as the project leader within a cross-functional environment, coordinating resources, managing risks, and facilitating effective decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle.

In detail, you will:

• Coordinate product development projects and activities in alignment with the Sector Generation Plan, business objectives, and customer needs.
• Support the development of products from concept through production launch, ensuring project deliverables are achieved according to quality, cost, and timing targets.
• Contribute to the research and development of solutions, supporting innovation and continuous product improvement.
• Apply EPM guidelines and other company tools to plan, monitor, and track project activities, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, and suppliers.
• Support technical evaluations, design reviews, validation activities, and problem-solving efforts throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Perform cost analysis and cost modeling assessments to support product competitiveness and project objectives.

As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).
