As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee a talented group of engineers, collaborating closely with product managers, operation and other cross‑functional partners. Your primary responsibility will be driving the successful execution of our product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high‑quality solutions that meet both customer needs and business objectives. • Lead and grow a team of exceptional engineers, empowering through delegation, and delivering end‑to‑end engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business leaders, and key stakeholders to determine the team’s roadmap and vision, and manage execution against that roadmap.

• Experience with distributed system design, system scaling, and performance optimization
• Hands‑on leadership and strong product intuition
• Experience in B2B product development
• Experience in data integrations via API, file exchange, self service tooling, etc
