Job summary

Pixida GmbH in Joinville, Brazil is seeking an Engineering Consultant to oversee the implementation of new automotive technologies. You will drive automated tests, develop test cases, and maintain test setups across development vehicles and test benches.

The role involves testing and validating on benches and in vehicles, plus documenting and presenting results. Expect mentoring from day one, opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology, and short- and long-term international exposure as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s degree or diploma in Electronic systems engineering, Electrical engineering and sciences, Control and Automation engineering, Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering or similar field.
• Driver’s license mandatory.
• Advanced English skills required.
• Very good knowledge of IT tools and MS Office.
• Programming basics (e.g. Python).

DESCRIPTION

To strengthen our consulting and development teams for one of our customers, we are looking for an Engineering Consultant to oversee the implementation of new technologies in the automotive area, who has the enthusiasm to work with us on innovative technologies. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execution of the automated tests and analyses of results.
• Development of test cases in an automated framework.
• Development and maintenance of test setups (e.g. test rack, development vehicles and more (Flash new SW, exchange ECUs in Test-Racks or Cars).
• Testing and validation on test benches and in the vehicle regarding functionality, design and user-friendliness.
• Documentation and presentation of test results.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s, master’s degree or diploma in: Electronic systems engineering, Electrical engineering and sciences, Control and Automation engineering, Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering or a similar field of study.
• Driver’s license is mandatory.
• Advanced English skills.
• Very good knowledge in usage or IT Tools, MS-Office.
• Programming basis understandings (i.e. Python)
