Job Title: Azure Senior Support Engineer

Position Description:

We seek a talented Azure Senior Support Engineer. The Ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support and guidance to enterprise customers, leveraging Microsoft Azure services. You will troubleshoot complex issues, collaborate with engineering teams, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Azure services, providing advanced technical support to customers.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure infrastructure, networking, security, and platform services.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
  • Document solutions, best practices, and technical guidance for internal teams.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to high-priority incidents as needed.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge to keep pace with Azure platform changes and new features.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, cloud engineering, or a related role.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Experience with networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancers).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
Additional Job Details (Preferred Skills)
  • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400).
  • Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or similar).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in a fast-paced environment.
