Mondelez Brasil seeks an experienced Capital Projects Engineer to lead engineering projects enabling production-line capacity, innovations and cost control. You will collaborate across functions to align budgets, schedules and quality with Mondelēz standards, while applying PMBOK methods.

Hybrid work model in Vitória, Brazil, with a focus on delivering state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree completed.
• Experience managing engineering projects in industrial settings (food/beverage preferred).
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office; good English (Intermediate).

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering projects focused on innovation and capacity increases for production lines.
• Control project finances (CAPEX) and budgets.
• Manage third parties at facilities, ensuring scope, timelines and quality.
• Drive engineering innovations and propose improvement projects.
• Communicate and report project status to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Capture data and ensure technical traceability of projects.
• Apply PMBOK project management methodologies.

Job Description

You plan, develop and execute capital projects by supporting technical developments, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in supply chain and capital expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest levels of quality, safety and environmental requirements. How you will contribute

To ensure that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are delivered, you will work with key stakeholders to define and deliver the capital and technical agendas during the development phases of capital investment projects. You will develop capital budgets according to the contract and forecast cash flow, ensure that engineering developments and standards are implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. In this role, you will support capital project execution and will be accountable for the quality and results of the capital projects per Mondelēz standards, and our business and innovation processes in project management.

Principais atividades

• Responsável pela gestão de projetos de engenharia, com foco em inovação e aumento de capacidade de linhas de produção;
• Controlar financeiramente os projetos (CAPEX);
• Gerenciar terceiros nas instalações, garantindo cumprimento de escopo, prazo e qualidade;
• Fomentar inovações dentro da engenharia e propor projetos de melhoria;
• Comunicar e reportar status dos projetos aos stakeholders de diferentes áreas e níveis;
• Capturar dados e garantir rastreabilidade técnica dos projetos;
• Seguir e aplicar metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK).

Competências Técnicas

• Formação superior completa em Engenharia (preferencial: Mecânica);
• Experiência em metodologias/gestão de projetos de engenharia em ambiente industrial (preferencialmente em indústrias de alimentos e/ou bebidas);
• Conhecimento em Pacote Office e Autocad;
• Inglês Intermediário;
• Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido de trabalho em Vitória de Santo Antão – PE em horário administrativo.
