Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Are you a skilled and creative process engineer who can design and implement efficient and ergonomic production processes in a dynamic environment? As the Process Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the product interface with product development, contributing to the engineering change management process, supporting continuous improvement and production, and participating in the manufacturing engineering network. You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.

Responsabilidades:

• Conduzir e gerenciar projetos industriais;
• Liderar a integração de novos projetos à manufatura, assegurando adequação de processos, layouts e recursos.
• Gerenciar ECR’s, assegurando implementação eficiente e controle de impacto.
• Realizar a gestão de fornecedores nacionais e internacionais;
• Executar auditorias de processo, identificando desvios e propondo planos de ação;
• Desenvolver e implementar melhorias de processos;
• Atualizar e manter FMEA’s de processos conforme requisitos técnicos e mudanças de engenharia.
