Jobtailor is seeking an experienced embedded Android developer to join our team in Manaus. You will develop and integrate Android applications and native modules, with a focus on embedded software written in C/C++.

The role includes debugging across Android layers and close collaboration using Git/Gerrit for version control and integration. Ideal candidates have strong English skills and hands-on experience with Android internals, such as HAL, Binder, HIDL, and Gradle, along with knowledge of

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with embedded software development in C/C++.
• Experience with Linux and/or embedded Android development.
• Familiarity with Git and Gerrit for configuration management.
• Advanced English for reading, writing, and speaking.
• Desirable: Android applications experience (Java, Kotlin).
• Desirable: knowledge of Android internals: frameworks, HAL, binder, HIDL interface, build systems, Gradle.
