ABOUT THE ROLE.

We’re seeking a proactive and hands‑on Electrical Engineer to support the electrical systems behind our live casino operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, safety, and performance while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to handle installations, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across all electrical components.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct technical analysis and hands‑on troubleshooting of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
• Provide on‑site support during installation, ensuring correct wiring, setup, and system functionality.
• Perform testing and commissioning of electrical systems, identifying and resolving issues to improve reliability and performance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as specifications, reports, and user manuals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards (NEC, IEC, OSHA).
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver integrated electrical solutions and optimize system performance.
• Offer in‑field support to project teams during construction and commissioning phases.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement in system integration, processes, and overall electrical performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent Portuguese and Fluent English (B2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in electrical engineering, fieldwork, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of UPS systems, Gensets, power distribution, control systems, and lighting, along with proficiency in wiring, testing, and diagnostic tools.
• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to perform electrical calculations such as load assessments and voltage drop analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, fast‑paced environments.
