Alignerr Corp. is seeking experienced postsecondary Economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on economic reasoning and explanations. Your classroom expertise will shape how AI understands economics—from foundational theory to applied concepts.

This remote, hourly-contract role offers 10–40 hours per week. You will design and review questions used to train AI, assess AI-generated content for accuracy, and provide actionable feedback based on real-world teaching

Qualificações

• 3+ years of postsecondary economics teaching experience
• Strong command of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics
• Ability to clearly explain and critically evaluate economic reasoning in writing
• Experience reviewing content and providing actionable feedback

About The Role

We're looking for experienced postsecondary Economics instructors to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on economic reasoning and explanations. Your classroom expertise will directly shape how AI understands, communicates, and reasons about economics — from foundational theory to complex applied concepts.

What You'll Do

• Design and review economics questions and scenarios used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Assess the accuracy, clarity, and depth of AI-generated economics content
• Provide structured feedback to improve economic reasoning and model outputs
• Apply real-world teaching experience to validate concepts, identify edge cases, and flag misconceptions
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of full-time experience teaching economics at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of core economics topics including microeconomics, macroeconomics, and applied economics
• Able to clearly explain and critically evaluate economic reasoning in written form
• Comfortable reviewing structured content and providing detailed, actionable feedback
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Master's or PhD in Economics
• Experience grading or evaluating student work at scale
• Background in applied, policy, or data-driven economics
• Familiarity with AI, large language models (LLMs), or content evaluation workflows
