Our Early Career Program is a two‑year rotational experience designed for recent graduates who want to build a strong foundation in supply‑chain operations and develop the leadership skills needed to drive innovation at Baker Hughes.

Program Overview

The program combines on‑the‑job assignments in manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, quality, process improvement, HSE and services operations with formal classroom training. You will participate in structured career development, coaching, mentoring, and lead cross‑functional projects that address critical business challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Work on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, logistics, quality, process improvement, HSE, and services operations.
  • Participate in structured career development, coaching, mentoring, and on‑the‑job learning to accelerate your growth.
  • Complete a significant supply‑chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS, and core supply‑chain processes.
  • Network globally and cross‑functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and engaging with global business leaders.
  • Collaborate with mission‑based teams to solve critical business challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field; graduated within the past three years or expected to graduate in 2026.
  • Maximum of three years' work experience post‑degree.
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Geographically mobile (locations vary).
  • Demonstrated experience and passion for supply‑chain operations.
  • Legally entitled to work in the applicable country without sponsorship or time restrictions.
Work Flexibility
  • Flexible hours – adjust work times to maximize productivity; some assignments may require a shift‑based pattern.
  • Occasional remote work from home or another location.
