Responsible for the communication strategy and activation of Marketplace and Bank EPP Channels in Samsung's D2C, serving as the main point of contact with business partners, the Commercial team, and other Samsung stakeholders, aiming to optimize the company's investments (in media, discounts, or exclusive brand actions).
Structure, develop, and monitor the execution of the commercial calendar with the main D2C partners, covering all Commercial Categories, ensuring maximum coverage for Samsung in terms of communication and offers to meet the specific channel consumer.
Optimize marketing investments in Retail Media, seeking the highest profitability and exposure for Samsung.
Monitor the performance of Marketplace and Partner channels, aiming to support the achievement of their Sales targets (R$ and Units), as well as ROAS in the channels where we invest in media.
Develop actions with Marketplaces and Samsung Partners, such as exclusive commercial actions, events, special dates, seasonal campaigns, etc., to boost channel sales.
Be the main responsible in the day-to-day of the Marketplace Channels and Partners with regard to channel strategy, being Samsung's guardian in relation to the application of its brand and ensuring that communications and actions in partners are correctly applied considering the specific audience of each channel.
Work closely with Marketplace and Partner Channels, analyzing insights and information from the business and market to better support the company's decision-making and leverage Samsung's development in these channels.
Ensure the best alignment between Samsung businesses and Marketplace and Partner partners. Prepare materials to monitor sales results and communication actions, giving visibility to the main internal and external stakeholders, leading their agendas.
Academic Background : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related Business fields. Specialization in Retail Media or Performance Media is required.
Languages : Intermediate English level
