The core of this position isstrategy, consulting, and ownership. You will act as themain point of contact for Shopify clients, deeply understanding their business, diagnosing opportunities, and guiding them towardmeasurable improvements in Conversion Rate, AOV, UX/UI, SEO, Site-Speed, Promotions, and overall e-commerce performance.
You’ll work closely with developers and designers bysetting priorities, defining scope, and ensuring high-quality delivery—without being responsible for writing code or implementing features yourself. Your role is totranslate business objectives into clear, actionable roadmapsand guide execution through the team, ensuring that work delivered hasa measurable business impact.
In addition, this role has a strongcommercial and growth component. You will identifyupsell and expansion opportunitieswithin existing accounts, contribute tonew proposals and pre-sales conversations, and help position Shopify as along-term growth partner for clients.
