A leading biotech firm is seeking a DTC Video Editor to create high-performing video ads. This fully remote role allows you to collaborate with a creative team based in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in editing, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe tools. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on innovation and performance.
Our overarching mission is to accelerate the mass‑market global adoption of consumer biotech products so every human can live at least 100 healthy years.
Our immediate focus is excess bodyweight. We are increasing the global accessibility of GLP‑1 medications to accelerate their take‑up to help solve obesity worldwide.
To do that, we’re building an AI‑powered clinical operating system: ClinicOS. ClinicOS makes it effortless for consumer brands to easily offer direct‑to‑patient healthcare, globally. We work with external Brand Partners, as well as using this infrastructure to scale our own internal consumer healthcare brands.
Since we launched Fella Health in the US in June 2021, Fella has positioned itself as no‑nonsense weight loss for busy bigger guys. Today, we operate multiple brands across the US & UK — our two biggest are Fella Health (US & UK) & Bolt Pharmacy (UK).
Our infrastructure will have served 100 million patients worldwide by 2035. We’ll then use that direct‑to‑patient infrastructure to serve next‑gen biotech products at‑scale to increase the proportion of humans living at least 100 healthy years.

As DTC Video Editor, you’ll own the creation of high‑performing direct‑to‑consumer video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. You’ll work closely with our Creative Lead, Growth team, and Media Buyer to design and ship video creatives that convert fast.
This is a hands‑on role. You’ll edit, design, animate, test, iterate, and move at the pace of growth. You’ll translate ideas into high‑impact ads that make people stop, watch, and act. You’ll use data and creative strategy to keep performance high, quality high, and output fast.
Over time, you’ll become a key creative engine across Growth, CRO, and Product, shaping how our brands show up visually and how we scale performance.
To stay ahead, you’ll also leverage AI tools (for ideation, editing, enhancement, or automation) to speed up workflows and elevate the quality of your output.
You’ll report directly to the Andre (Creative Lead) and work closely Dave (Head of Growth & Media Buyer)
This is a full‑time, fully remote role. You can be anywhere as long as you’re available until midday PT for calls. The whole creative team happens to be based in Brazil 😊
You’ll expand the creative capacity of the Growth team, keeping video output high‑quality and on pace with performance needs.
DTC Video Editing: Own the full editing process for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google ads. Ship high‑performing creatives that directly lift performance.
Motion Design: Build clean, compelling animations and motion graphics that reinforce storytelling and brand identity.
Creative Variations: Produce fast, high‑quality iterations to support lots of testing, new hooks, angles, cuts, formats, and lengths.
AI Tools: Use AI to speed up ideation, editing, enhancement, and asset generation. Move from concept to finished ad in hours, not days.
Data‑Driven Editing: Review performance dashboards and translate insights into creative decisions.
A/B Testing: Experiment with variants and iterate quickly based on data.
Optimization: Improve ads continuously: pacing, copy overlays, hooks, pacing, structure, motion, and clarity.
Experience: 3+ years editing high‑performing DTC video ads, with a strong portfolio of Meta creatives.
Editing Tools: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Motion Design: Strong skills in animation, typography, transitions, sound, pacing, color, and visual storytelling.
Production‑Ready: You join with the skills to start shipping high‑quality ads immediately after onboarding.
Performance Mindset: Understanding of what makes an ad convert: hooks, clarity, structure, messaging, pacing.
High‑Volume Output: Ability to sustain weekly creative production and iteration at scale.
AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools to speed up workflow and enhance creative quality.
Execution: Able to take a brief from concept to final ad independently. You move fast without losing quality.
Ownership: You find what’s missing, fix it, and keep work moving.
Attention to Detail: High standards for polish, timing, responsiveness, and craft.
Collaboration: Comfortable working across Creative, Growth, CRO, and Product.
Industry: Experience working with DTC, healthcare, wellness, or weight‑loss brands.
Creative Strategy: Familiarity with direct‑response angles, hooks, and creative testing.
AI Video Tools: Experience with AI‑powered video editing or automation tools.
High‑Throughput Teams: Experience in environments where output volume is critical to performance.
Education: Degree in Design, Film, Communications, or related fields.

Compensation: $25k-$32k/yr total compensation (salary + equity)
