Jobtailor is seeking a reliable delivery driver in Fortaleza, Brazil, to transport automotive parts and other goods to customers and partners. You will follow predefined routes, ensure safe handling, and maintain accurate documentation and vehicle readiness.

The role requires a valid CNH D license, experience in goods transport, knowledge of traffic rules, and good communication skills. Occasional short trips and a professional service mindset are expected.

Qualificações

• Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH) Category D or as required by the company.
• Experience in transporting goods, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving.
• Ability to handle heavy loads and use manual handling equipment (desirable).
• Organized, proactive and detail oriented.
• Good communication and issue-resolution skills.
• Availability for short trips, if required.

Responsabilidades

• Transport automotive batteries and other products to customers and partners following predetermined routes.

• Load and unload products, keeping cargo organized and intact.

• Plan routes to optimize time and fuel consumption.
• Communicate delivery status or incidents to the internal team.
• Represent the company professionally and provide quality customer service during deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Transport automotive batteries and other products to customers and partners, following predetermined routes
• Ensure safe transportation to prevent damage to goods
• Perform loading and unloading of products, ensuring the organization and integrity of the cargo
• Check orders prior to delivery, verifying invoices and required documentation
• Keep the vehicle in good working condition by performing checklists, cleaning, and reporting the need for preventive or corrective maintenance
• Comply with traffic and safety regulations as well as the company's internal policies
• Plan routes to optimize time and fuel consumption
• Maintain communication with the internal team to report delivery status or any incidents
• Represent the company professionally and provide quality customer service during deliveries

Requirements

• Valid Brazilian driver's license (CNH), Category D (or as required by the company)
• Experience in transporting goods, preferably in the automotive sector
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and defensive driving
• Ability to handle heavy loads and operate material-handling equipment such as hand trucks/dollies (desirable)
