What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Service major accounts including Lowe's, Home Depot, and independent dealers, providing product training and in-store service
 
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for roofing specialty stores and contractors
 
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction
 
- Track sales activities using CRM and regularly update account information
 
- Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts
 
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Self-motivated with a high energy level and competitive nature
 
- Proven sales record with experience in building products and/or construction
 
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships
 
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field desired
 
- Ability to travel up to 60% and lift up to 50 pounds
 
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in roofing sales or building products sales
 
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
 
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
