Responsibilities
  • Review and run assessments on dealer coverage and representation at the country level; identify and highlight gaps based on market opportunity / performance.
  • Implement or expand dealer coverage where needed through dealer expansion, onboarding new distributors, and managing the process with partners (legal, compliance, etc.).
  • Ensure clear distinction between CAT and SEM businesses in branding, sales and service teams, and overall market positioning.
  • Apply process improvement tools and assist with implementing efficient and competitive distribution solutions that support dealer profitability and cash-to-cash cycles.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and drive a zero-incident mindset across all distribution activities.
What you will have
  • Influencing & Partnering: Build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders; influence decisions to optimize coverage strategies.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly with internal teams and dealers; deliver actionable feedback and maintain transparency.
  • Business Process Improvement: Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement more efficient approaches to dealer coverage and distribution processes.
  • Think Differently: Find new ways to reach customers through our current business partners and find new business partners to expand with.
  • Problem Solving: Apply structured approaches to resolve coverage gaps and operational challenges.
  • Planning & Organizing: Develop systematic plans for dealer expansion and coverage improvement.
  • Strong project Management skills required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Extensive experience in distribution strategy, dealer network development and process improvement.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and ability to integrate coverage strategies with operational efficiency.

Additional Information
