- Lead and motivate a team of Account Executives, helping them hit and exceed sales goals

- Support representatives on high-value pitches and negotiations
- Bring fresh ideas to how digital advertising and content marketing are sold
What is Required (Qualifications)
- 10+ years in media or digital sales, with 5+ years in sales leadership
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of digital ad products (programmatic, streaming TV, social, event sponsorship, branded content, etc.)
- A coach, motivator, and strategist rolled into one
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture
