D / MD, Head of Private Capital Advisory (Private Funds Placement & Secondaries) Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading global financial services institution.

We are seeking a senior executive to lead the Private Funds vertical, including :

• (i) Primary fundraising and
• (ii) Secondary advisory in alternatives : Originate and distribute private equity, venture, infrastructure and credit funds to institutional & UHNW investors.
• Lead secondary transactions (LP-led, GP-led, co-investments, directs).
• Leverage an established global platform while building local LP coverage.

Ideal Profile

• Years of experience in fund placement, private capital advisory, or alternatives fundraising.
• Established network of local LPs (pension funds, insurers, MFOs, private banks).
• Track record in primary fundraising and / or secondary transactions (ideal candidate has both).
• Background in fund placement boutiques, IB private capital groups, leading multi-strategy managers, multi-family offices or similar relevant experience.

Location

Sao Paulo, Mexico City, Santiago, Bogota, Buenos Aires or Miami.
