What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Represent the employer as a subject matter expert on ETFs, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of investment strategies and market dynamics
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the employer's ETF product suite
  • Collaborate with wholesalers nationally, serving as a subject matter expert on ETF offerings
  • Construct and execute a strategic distribution plan to acquire new clients in ETF professional buyer channels
  • Conduct regular product training presentations for internal and external sales teams and travel to industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA and/or CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP designations desirable
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the financial services/investment management industry
  • Extensive experience in the ETF industry with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience supporting fixed income and/or alternative ETFs is desired
  • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Advanced degrees or additional professional designations (MBA, CFA, CAIA, CIMA, CFP)
  • Proven track record of developing strategic relationships across various teams
  • Experience in product training and presentations
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance aspects related to ETF offerings
