What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Construction Support and Splicing operations
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for construction disciplines
• Oversee training programs for field construction and splicing teams, ensuring alignment with company standards
• Manage tooling, test equipment, and consumable material programs, optimizing inventory and procurement
• Own and manage the address delivery forecasting function, maintaining accurate readiness models

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
• 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry related to planning, operations, engineering, supervision, or project management
• 8+ years in a supervisory role or equivalent leadership experience
• Demonstrated success managing splicing operations, inventory, or fleet systems at scale
• Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational abilities

• Comprehensive understanding of OSP construction tools, materials, and standards
• Knowledge of current telecommunications fiber architectures and technologies
• Financial management experience with operating and capital budgets
