What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all Construction Support and Splicing operations
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures and best practices for construction disciplines
- Oversee training programs for field construction and splicing teams, ensuring alignment with company standards
- Manage tooling, test equipment, and consumable material programs, optimizing inventory and procurement
- Own and manage the address delivery forecasting function, maintaining accurate readiness models
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
- 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry related to planning, operations, engineering, supervision, or project management
- 8+ years in a supervisory role or equivalent leadership experience
- Demonstrated success managing splicing operations, inventory, or fleet systems at scale
- Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Comprehensive understanding of OSP construction tools, materials, and standards
- Knowledge of current telecommunications fiber architectures and technologies
- Financial management experience with operating and capital budgets
- Proven ability to communicate complex issues effectively to varied audiences
