Qualificações

Overview

Enterprise Architect PositionWe are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to lead our company's digital transformation.

This role will involve defining and implementing integrated enterprise architecture models, utilizing frameworks such as TOGAF / ArchiMate.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mineral, energy, or industrial sector, with experience in large global operations.

They should also possess mastery of main enterprise architecture frameworks, including TOGAF : Practitioner, ArchiMate, Zachman, DAMA-DMBOK.This position requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to transmit complex technical concepts to different audiences.

The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex, multifunctional environments and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Responsibilities
  • Define, document, and evolve integrated enterprise architecture models
  • Lead cross-functional teams and promote solution consolidation between IT, OT, and industrial automation
  • Evaluate and validate new technologies, platforms, services, and methods
  • Develop and maintain architectural criteria prioritizing security, regulatory compliance, performance, sustainability, and operational integration
  • Prepare detailed documentation and transfer knowledge to technical and business teams
  • Communicate effectively with technical, operations, engineering, and global leaders
Requirements and Competencies
  • Proven experience (minimum of 8 years in IT, with at least 5 as an enterprise architect)
  • Deep knowledge of the mineral, energy, or industrial sector
  • Mastery of main enterprise architecture frameworks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to design hybrid architectures and integrate industrial data
