Digital Marketing Specialist
The Challenge

You will be responsible for briefing, execution, optimization and measuring success.

Together with the Digital Marketing lead you will work on the implementation and execution of digital marketing strategic roadmap for DSM Animal Nutrition & Health - working on further platform improvements and integrations in close collaboration with DSM Group Digital Services and our Virtual & Digital sales team that is responsible for the DSM Customer Portal and CRM (MS Dynamics).

The Position
  • Develop 360o campaigns - overlooking content & platforms, in close collaboration with marcom & Digital Marketing colleagues - including campaign set-up, execution & report-out to enable growth in both a brand & demand marketing focusing through the entire marketing funnel
  • Use existing digital platforms & tools, like the Adobe Experience Cloud, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google AdWords and Marketo to run personalized and data-driven campaigns including A / B testing and segmentation
  • Be the go-to person for integrated digital campaigns.
  • Responsible for planning, alignment with agencies and execution
  • Work together with colleagues in the marcom team and take a pro‑active role in strategic online campaign advise
  • Standardize campaign processes and develop templates for different type of objectives and audience
  • Work closely together with our agencies in delivering successful and outstanding campaigns
  • Inspire internal colleagues, both Regional and regional, with great examples of digital marketing success - driving business growth via online platforms and personalized campaigns
Ideal Profile
  • Degree in the field of Business Administration, Digital Marketing or E-Commerce;
  • Experience in a similar role, in a B2B environment or at a digital agency;
  • Very good knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (Experience Manager, Target and Analytics), Marketo (or similar solutions from other brands), Google AdWords and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics (CRM) is an advantage;
  • A proactive attitude and wants to take the lead in bringing digital campaigning to the next level;
  • Knowledge of social media management & social listening tooling;
  • The skills and experience to turn ideas and business request into concrete actions and (strategic) initiatives that drive business growth
  • Understanding of M&S sales and the ability to use data to improve and learn
  • Advanced / Fluent English
  • Language skills are required, both written & verbal
  • Very good knowledge of digital and social media, being truly digital savvy with a certain level of curiosity that is always looking to improve, innovate and accelerate in digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills (both orally and written) with a committed and independent way of working
  • An open attitude and is highly motivated, flexible, and team‑oriented personality
