- Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok to maximize ROI.
- Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Business Profile (GBP).
- Monitor social engagement, identify trends, and provide insights to the marketing team.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all paid campaigns and social channels, providing weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
- Track and improve KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Implement and maintain tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and ensure proper conversion tracking across all platforms.
- Build custom dashboards and automate reporting using Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, and other tools to deliver clear, data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
- Identify new opportunities to generate more leads through campaign optimization, platform features, and emerging digital channels.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and experience with conversion tracking setup.
- Skilled in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, and platform-native insights.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
