A leading technology firm is seeking a Digital Customer Engagement Manager to oversee projects supporting customer engagement strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP solutions. This role will involve managing a team and ensuring successful project delivery, all while working remotely. Proficiency in English is required, along with additional language skills being a plus.
