A tech solutions provider in Brazil is seeking a digital Customer Engagement Manager to oversee SAP-related projects remotely. Candidates must possess strong technical skills in IT Service Management and SAP applications. The role requires effective management of infrastructure-related tasks and technical troubleshooting. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional language skills as a bonus.

Short description : dCEMMUST HAVE skills
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications
Hands-on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release version upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers
Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics
Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the big picture quickly before surmising a path to a solution
Proficiency in English (Written and verbal), additional (local) languages are a plus / on top.
E.g. Asian (Chinese, Korean and Japanese), European (German, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian) languages.
