Taco Bell Brazil is seeking a Digital & Tech Associate Manager to drive growth through digital innovations and store technology strategies. You will collaborate with global teams, franchisees and regional leaders to scale digital platforms and improve store operations.

The role combines hands-on tech leadership with strategic oversight for e-commerce, mobile apps, kiosks, loyalty and POS systems, with opportunities to shape technology standards across the market.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of tech implementation experience, preferably in QSR and digital technologies.
• Proficient in POS & BOH systems (preferably 3S checkout or other QSR vendors).
• Fluent in English or Spanish is a must.
• Leadership skills such as achieving results through others, engaging and empowering others, coaching for performance and working cross functionally

Responsabilidades

• Implement & maintain digital platforms such as e-commerce, mobile app, kiosks, payment systems, loyalty programs and CRM.
• Responsible for centralized menu configurations, LTO testing & programming for POS, delivery aggregators and other digital channels.
• Serve as escalation point for store support and be the technical leader for new store openings and relocations.
• Assist with vendor management, including contracts, SLAs compliance, payments and assets management.
• Help generate sales, digital and operational reports to help track and manage business performance
• In charge of implementing tech/ops standards at the stores (PoS, Kitchen monitors, Inventory, labor, etc)

About The Job

The Digital & Tech (D&T)Associate Manager is responsible for driving business growth through digital innovations and store technology strategies. With this role, you'll grow your business and technical expertise, be able to work with global technologies along with franchisees, partners and multinational leaders. The D&T Associate Manager reports directly to the LA&C D&T Director with support from the Brazil Market Lead.

The Day-to-Day

• Implement & maintain digital platforms such as e-commerce, mobile app, kiosks, payment systems, loyalty programs and CRM.
• Responsible for centralized menu configurations, LTO testing & programming for POS, delivery aggregators and other digital channels.
