Hiresur is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our team in São Paulo. You will own and operate CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes workloads, and support Terraform IaC and basic observability. The role requires strong hands-on experience and excellent written/oral English for coordination with international stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with engineering on deployment reliability, incident response, and automation across cloud native environments, with four days onsite weekly near Av. Paulista.

Qualificações

• Advanced English (C1)
• 4+ years in DevOps, Cloud/Platform Engineering, or similar roles
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Strong Kubernetes deployment experience
• Docker/containerized apps experience
• Terraform or IaC tooling knowledge
• Basic observability: dashboards, metrics, alerts, APM setup
• Familiarity with Grafana/Prometheus/Datadog/New Relic/Azure Monitor
• Scripting in Bash or Python
• Hybrid work, 4 days onsite near Av. Paulista in São Paulo

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and support services running in Kubernetes environments.
• Work with Docker and containerized applications.

• Support basic observability practices, including dashboards, metrics, alerts, and APM integrations.

• Help connect Kubernetes clusters and applications to monitoring/APM tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support production deployments and incident troubleshooting when needed.
• Contribute to DevOps best practices and documentation.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, infrastructure automation, and basic observability.

This person will support deployment workflows, containerized environments, platform reliability, and day‑to‑day DevOps operations. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, comfortable working with engineering teams, and able to communicate clearly in English with international stakeholders.

This role is best suited for someone who has built or maintained pipelines, deployed services into Kubernetes environments, and worked with Terraform and monitoring tools in production settings.

Responsibilities:

• Advanced / C1 English or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, or similar roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying services into Kubernetes environments.
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
• Working knowledge of Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Basic observability experience, including monitoring dashboards, metrics, alerts, or APM setup.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, Azure Monitor, or similar tools.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or similar.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work hybrid, 4 days per week onsite near Av. Paulista in São Paulo.
