Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration, unit testing, and software development.
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and containers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SCRUM or KANBAN.
• Strong English skills, both verbal and written.
• Practical knowledge of cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Support development teams on understanding the CI process and best practices
• Analyze and develop system security solutions
• Work with other teams to plan and execute systems and software migration
• Assist the software and system architectures to be in synchronization
• Study and search new technologies/tools doing POC, analyzing the results and recommendations
• Contribute to risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture
• Document best practices and create development resources to be used by developers
• Assess effectiveness of the technical solution and processes to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide software development services as needed
• Implement and maintain monitoring and observability solutions to enhance system reliability and performance
• Continuously improve development pipelines through automation and optimization of existing processes
• Participate actively in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of incidents

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer sciences, Engineering, Physics or other with logical and analytical background, or 6+ year’s work experience in technical role in lieu of no bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps
• Hands-on experience with continuous integration, unit testing and software development
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
• Infrastructure as a Code, e.g. Terraform, Chef.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and containers.
• Experience with Agile methodologies - SCRUM or KANBAN
• English skills (verbal and written)
• Practical knowledge Cloud (AWS, Azure, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming for Windows and Linux systems
• Experience in Cloud architecture and systems
• Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery systems and tools
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and developers
• Hands on development experience or full understanding of development pipeline and process
• Knowledge of software development best practices for the complete life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, unit testing, integrated testing and deployment
• Software development skills, preferably in C#
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Zabbix, Grafana)
• Familiarity with artifact repositories and package management tools (e.g., JFrog Artifactory)
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS)
• Certification in relevant technologies (Cloud provider certifications, DevOps Engineer, etc.)
