Jobgether is seeking an experienced iOS Developer (PL/SR) focused on AI agents to join a Brazil-based digital transformation project. You will build and modernize a SuperApp on iOS, combining Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and emerging AI capabilities. The role emphasizes SDD, testing, code quality, and collaboration in an agile team.

You will work with AWS Cloud, multi-repository codebases, and DevOps tools to deliver scalable mobile solutions while ensuring accessibility and performance.

Qualificações

This role focuses on building and modernizing a SuperApp experience for iOS as part of a major digital transformation initiative. You will combine strong mobile development expertise with AI agent capabilities to improve development workflows and accelerate delivery. Working with Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and modern engineering practices, you will contribute to the redesign of customer journeys while maintaining existing platform capabilities. The role emphasizes Spec-Driven Development, code quality, automation, testing, and collaborative engineering. You will work in an agile, multidisciplinary environment where autonomy, adaptability, and continuous learning are highly valued. Accountabilities

As an iOS Developer focused on AI agents, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mobile solutions while applying agentic AI approaches throughout the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to modernize the SuperApp and ensure reliable, maintainable, and accessible experiences.

• Develop and modernize mobile applications for the iOS platform as part of a SuperApp redesign.
• Apply AI agents to optimize processes and workflows throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Use Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices to structure and guide implementation.
• Work with Claude Code, Skills, MCPs, and other AI-assisted development capabilities.
• Develop solutions using Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Work within multi-repository environments, managing modules and components through CocoaPods or Swift Package Manager (SPM).
• Ensure high standards of code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Use and integrate DevOps and project management tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
• Apply accessibility standards aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Work with AWS Cloud technologies as part of the application environment.
• Demonstrate autonomy in solving technical challenges and adapting to evolving project requirements.
• Contribute to a resilient, collaborative, and continuously improving engineering culture.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has solid professional experience in iOS development combined with practical knowledge of artificial intelligence and agent-based development. You should be comfortable working with modern engineering practices, distributed codebases, agile teams, and rapidly evolving technologies.

• Professional experience developing mobile applications for iOS.
• Strong knowledge of Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
• Essential knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development for optimizing software development processes.
• Hands-on knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
• Experience with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
• Experience working in multi-repository development environments.
• Familiarity with CocoaPods and/or Swift Package Manager (SPM).
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Experience with AWS Cloud.
• Familiarity with GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
• Experience working within agile methodologies and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems, and adapt quickly to new challenges.
