ANTAS PTE. LTD. is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure and automated software delivery platforms.

The role collaborates with engineering teams to integrate DevOps practices across backend, mobile, and web applications. Responsibilities include building CI/CD pipelines, managing AWS cloud resources, containerization with Docker, IaC with Terraform/Ansible, Linux administration, scripting in Python/JavaScript, and monitoring

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• Hands-on experience in a DevOps/Cloud/SRE role.
• Extensive experience with AWS or equivalent public cloud platforms.
• Strong CI/CD design and automation using Jenkins, TeamCity, Git-based workflows.
• Linux system administration, shell scripting, production troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting or similar languages for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, SaltStack or equivalent IaC tools.
• Good understanding of microservices, networking, security, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, incident management, and production operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure and automated software delivery platforms. The role will work closely with engineering teams to integrate DevOps practices across backend, mobile, and web applications and drive continuous improvement in deployment, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to translate application requirements into scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure solutions.

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for backend, mobile, and web applications to automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.

• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) frameworks using tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or equivalent platforms.

• Design and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, resiliency, performance, and security.

• Implement and maintain Docker-based containerized environments and support microservices deployment architectures.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and application deployment using Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or SaltStack.

• Manage and troubleshoot Linux production environments, including system performance, networking, security, storage, processes, and application dependencies.

• Develop automation and operational tooling using Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, or equivalent programming languages.

• Improve the availability, resiliency, scalability, and fault tolerance of microservices and distributed application environments.

• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and operational controls to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

• Apply DevSecOps practices, including secure configuration, access controls, vulnerability management, secrets management, and infrastructure security.

• Troubleshoot complex production incidents and perform root‑cause analysis, problem management, and preventive remediation.

• Provide 24x7 production support and incident response for critical IT infrastructure and application services.

• Work with peer DevOps, SRE, development, infrastructure, and security teams to establish automation standards, operational best practices, and knowledge sharing.

• Ensure infrastructure and deployment solutions comply with client technical standards, security policies, architecture guidelines, and operational requirements.

Technical Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.

• Strong hands‑on experience in a DevOps / Cloud Engineering / Site Reliability Engineering role.

• Extensive experience with AWS or equivalent public cloud platforms.

• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and automation, including Jenkins, TeamCity, Git-based workflows, build automation, release management, and deployment orchestration.

• Strong experience with Linux system administration, shell scripting, production troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting, or similar programming languages for automation.

• Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized application environments.

• Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, SaltStack, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.

• Good understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and cloud security.

• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, incident management, and production operations.

• Strong understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, automation, high availability, disaster recovery, and system resiliency.

• Strong problem‑solving, technical troubleshooting, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
