This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Designer Gráfico based in Brazil.

As a Graphic Designer, you will create visual content across product, digital marketing, and promotional channels for an international organization. You will work on product photography and editing, auction catalogs, e-commerce materials, social media, email campaigns, website banners, and digital advertising. The role combines strong visual design skills with hands-on image and video production. You will collaborate directly with an international UK-based marketing team to maintain brand consistency across a wide range of assets. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will have significant autonomy while supporting campaigns and product communications. This is an opportunity to contribute creatively to a global brand while developing a versatile portfolio across physical and digital media.

Accountabilities:

• Create and edit product photography for auction catalogs, e-commerce platforms, and promotional materials.
• Design digital marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and online advertising.
• Edit short-form videos for channels such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Stories.
• Collaborate directly with the UK marketing team to maintain visual consistency and brand standards.
• Organize and maintain creative asset libraries using Figma and Affinity tools.
• Support the production of catalogs, brochures, product presentations, point-of-sale materials, and other marketing collateral.
• Contribute to social media content creation and visual campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Apply image retouching, photography, motion design, and basic animation techniques where appropriate.
• Manage a high volume of creative requests while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Work independently while coordinating with international stakeholders and responding to occasional urgent requests.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong online portfolio through a personal website, Behance, or similar platform; the portfolio will be a key part of the selection process.
• Proficiency with Figma, Affinity Studio Suite, including Layout, Pixel, and Vector, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience designing for physical products, including product photography, catalogs, brochures, displays, point-of-sale materials, and image retouching.
• Experience creating digital marketing materials such as social media content, email campaigns, website banners, and digital advertising.
• Motion design experience is an advantage.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency for reading briefs and written communication with the UK-based team.
• Availability to work at least 40 hours per week during Brazilian business hours, with flexibility for occasional meetings and urgent requests aligned with the UK team.
• Own computer equipment and a stable internet connection suitable for fully remote work.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus.
• Video editing experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software is desirable.
• Product photography and editing experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of simple motion design and text or product animations is a plus.
• Previous experience working in an advertising agency is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, organization, autonomy, and ability to manage a fast-paced workload.
