Job description

We are looking for a Designer | Brand & Content to develop visual solutions that strengthen our brand identity and presence across different touchpoints.

The position is part of the Design team and will be responsible for creating digital and print materials, social media content, institutional campaigns, events, partnerships, and promotional materials. The role will also contribute to the initial development of packaging layouts in collaboration with the Research & Development (R&D) team.

Main Responsibilities

• Create visual assets and adaptations for institutional campaigns, brand content, and social media, adapting communication to different channels and formats.
• Develop materials for events and brand activations, including invitations, signage, digital assets, printed materials, and presentations.
• Create artwork for gifts, kits, and promotional materials, considering brand identity, materials, and production feasibility.
• Develop B2B communication materials and partnership assets, following brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D during the initial packaging development phase, translating briefs and product information into layout proposals, visual studies, and mockups for evaluation.
• Prepare and organize initial packaging layouts for review and finalization by Design leadership, incorporating feedback throughout the development process.
• Ensure brand consistency, clear communication, and visual quality across deliverables, with attention to typography, composition, imagery, and finishes.
• Prepare digital files and final artwork according to the specifications of each channel or supplier.
• Organize files and versions, manage priorities, and meet deadlines aligned with leadership and other teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in graphic design focused on brand communication, with a portfolio showcasing digital and print projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge of composition, visual hierarchy, typography, color, and brand identity application.
• Solid knowledge of graphic production and print-ready file preparation, including formats, bleeds, resolution, and color standards.
• Familiarity with packaging layout development and mockup creation.
• Ability to interpret briefs and translate communication objectives into visual solutions aligned with the brand and target audience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and openness to receiving and incorporating feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams and suppliers.
• English proficiency: intermediate level or above

• Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and finishing techniques.
