Descrição da oferta de emprego

We are a global digital agency comprised of strategists, creatives, media experts, data scientists, and engineers driven by one common purpose — accelerate business growth through marketing and digital transformation. Named a top 3% Google Premier Partner and recognized by Inc. 5000 and Adweek’s 75 Fastest Growing Companies, we’re constantly looking for “A” players to join our team.

The rapid growth is attributed to our strongest asset — our people. Our teams are highly collaborative and work closely with each client to set clear goals and objectives so that we can deliver exceptional results. Mindgruve is a place where every opinion is valued. Not only will you be empowered to contribute ideas, but you will also play a key role in the execution and driving success for brands across a variety of industries. Sound fun? Perfect — you’ll fit right in.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to craft, optimize, and elevate the creative presence of our clients across key marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee) and social media channels (organic and paid). This role is part of the Creative team and sits at the core of how brands are represented visually within these platforms — from enhanced content to brand stores, campaign banners and posts.

The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with solid organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A good sense of composition, hierarchy, and user flow is essential to ensure that every creative asset not only looks great and follows the brand guidelines, but also guides shoppers smoothly through the product journey.

As a Designer Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with the Copywriting team, other creative peers, and your Design Supervisor to deliver high-quality, consistent work across all client deliverables.

What You’ll Do Here:
  • Create and adapt static assets for retail and social media, ensuring compliance with each platform’s best practices, content rules and technical requirements.
  • Ensure creative proposals reflect the brand’s identity, tone of voice, and visual style while bringing original and innovative thinking within the established guidelines.
  • Present information with clear visual hierarchy, strong composition, and effective layout choices to all created content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and an engaging shopper experience.
  • Show strong problem-solving skills by proactively researching references, selecting and organizing assets effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team and your Design Supervisor to share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and outputs.
  • Review completed projects, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Support creative decisions with clear, data-informed reasoning, articulating the approach objectively, coherently and with relevant insights before starting and when presenting the final proposal.
  • Stay up-to-date on new design trends, creative tools and marketplace features to bring fresh ideas and enhancements to client deliverables.
We Need a Person With:
  • Completed higher education in Design, Advertising or related fields.
  • Minimally intermediate English skills to read, write, and communicate effectively with the global team.
  • Moderate proficiency in Adobe design softwares (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Ability to handle client-facing interactions, presenting rationale, exchanging feedback, and sharing assets for review and approval.
  • Good understanding of Google Slides and Docs for reporting, presentation and organization.
What We Consider as a Plus:
  • Mid-level Spanish proficiency.
  • Certifications related to marketplaces or retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Ads).
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment.
