R&D Developer - Performance Analysis and Scalability

100% Home Office

The candidate will be part of a research and development group working on the software development group of next generation high-performance architectures.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the creation and improvement of products, from conception to implementation.
• Conduct tests to ensure that products meet quality standards and function as expected.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that R&D projects align with the company's objectives.
• Collaborate on a R&D project using Agile methodologies.
• Production of proper documentation related to the projects.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of the Linux operating system, especially RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Experience in programming with Python 3, including file handling, YAML/Jinja (desired), and testing (unittest/pytest).
• Basic knowledge of HPC environments and understanding of cluster architecture.
• Familiarity with management services, such as DHCP, DNS, etc.
• Understanding of 'configuration as a code'
• Experience with containers (docker/podman) and GIT.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences or related STEM fields.
• Advanced/Fluent English to participate in frequent meetings with international teams.

Desired Requirements:

• Master and/or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related fields.
• Experience with Ansible, Jenkins (CI/CD), and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
