Purpose of the job

The Full Developer will participate in all activities related to the design, development, implementation, maintenance and support of existing and new solutions. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, creative and committed to achieve defined goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Discuss and understand requirements;
• Design document and present solutions for new system features and system changes to satisfy requirements;
• Plan and execute code quality and application structure improvements when necessary;
• Adhere to development standards, tools best practices and development methodologies;
• Stay up to date with the technologies required to perform well in the job;
• Clearly communicate with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including external stakeholders;
• Create and/or update technical documentation when needed;
• Investigate and respond to issues;
• Support the Technology & Product Team in other special projects.

Knowledge Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Fluency in English for both written and spoken communication.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing, implementing and delivering business solutions with the .NET platform.
• Programming languages and technology: C# for Web API and MVC with Razor View Engine (.cshtml), SQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Relational databases: SQL stored procedures and database design.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Comfortable navigating and changing existing application code.
• Good interpersonal written and oral communication skills.
• High standards of conduct and professionalism.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is a plus.
• Experience with .NET Framework 4.8 is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Database and PL-SQL is a plus.
• Experience with multi-national, multi-cultural organizations is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar tools is a plus.
