Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a mid-level Process Automation Developer based in Brazil with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. You will design and deliver automation workflows that improve efficiency and business value in client projects.

You will collaborate with project teams, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and continuously learn new technologies in an agile environment to drive digital transformation.

Qualificações

• Completed university degree.
• 2 years of professional experience in process automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as .NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript.
• Advanced English proficiency for professional/technical communication.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, optimization, and the effective use of technology.
• Stay current with emerging automation and digital transformation technologies and contribute ideas for improving project delivery.

Requirements

• Completed university degree.

• Hands‑on experience with Power Apps, particularly Power Automate.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language or scripting technology, such as .NET, Python, PHP, Java, C#, VBA, VBScript, or a comparable language.
• Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in professional and technical contexts.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into practical automation solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable solutions.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a project team.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, frameworks, and approaches in a fast‑moving digital environment.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or process automation concepts.
• Nice to have: Advanced Excel knowledge.
