Wonderful is seeking a Deployment Strategist to help AI deployments land in enterprise environments. You will embed with customers, translate ambitious goals into clear scopes and executable plans, and coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product to drive pilots and production rollouts.

You will spend time onsite with clients in São Paulo, own timelines and success metrics, monitor progress, remove blockers, and ensure adopted solutions deliver real value across complex systems.

What You'll Do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land.

Wonderful is the AI operating system for enterprises, helping them close the gap between what AI enables and how they operate today. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production.

This is a hands-on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles.
• Prior hands-on engineering experience.
