Qualifications

• Experiência com ferramentas de inteligência de mercado, IQVIA ou similares é desejável.
• Inglês fluente e excelente comunicação.

Responsibilities

• Conduzir análises mensais de desempenho de sell-in e sell-out; identificar drivers e riscos de demanda.
• Desenhar previsões de curto, médio e longo prazo (até 36 meses) e manter acurácia.
• Apoiar NPIs, DMR e ciclos S&OP com cenários e recomendações.

The mission of this role is to translate internal performance data and market intelligence into reliable demand plans that support product availability, healthy inventory levels, service performance, and informed business decisions.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead monthly analysis of *sell-in* and *sell-out* performance, identifying demand drivers, trends, deviations, risks, and opportunities.* Develop, consolidate, and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts, with a planning horizon of up to 36 months.* Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, challenge assumptions, and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.* Manage demand planning activities for New Product Introductions (NPIs), including demand loading, *phase-in*, and *phase-out* adjustments.* Support the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of materials for DMR and S&OP cycles, providing scenarios and recommendations to support decision-making.* Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Logistics, and Supply Planning to align demand assumptions with business priorities.* Drive continuous improvement in demand planning processes, reporting, data quality, and automation.**Requirements*** Experience in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and/or consumer goods industries.* More than 5 years with experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, forecasting, S&OP, or market intelligence.* Experience with market intelligence tools, such as IQVIA or similar platforms, is highly desirable.* Proficiency in Power BI (mandatory)* SQL and Python is a strong differentiator* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage, validate, and interpret complex datasets.* Strong communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and influencing skills.* Ability to work independently, manage complex end-to-end processes and translate analysis into clear business recommendations.**Education:*** Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related field.* Spanish (Desirable)* Fluent English (mandatory)**Additional Information****BENEFITS:*** Meal and Food Allowance* Mobility Allowance / Parking* Life Insurance* Medical Assistance* Dental Assistance* Childcare Assistance* Annual Bonus* Private Pension Plan* Pharmacy Agreement* Wellhub* Birthday Day Off* Paternity Leave – 30 days* Maternity Leave – 6 months* Discount Club* 100% subsidized company products* Home Office* Short Friday
