You will join a unified Engineering Internship with tracks in Data Engineering and Software Engineering, collaborating with world‑class teams on international projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS, Engineering, data/tech) with expected graduation 2027–2028.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Java, or JavaScript.
• Excellent Portuguese and English written and verbal communication.

What You'll Do

As an AI Engineering Intern with BCG’s X Delivery team, you will gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of technology and strategy. You will work alongside top‑tier consulting teams from around the world, contributing to innovative and cutting‑edge international projects.

This is a unified Engineering Internship, where candidates are assessed across technical tracks, including Data Engineering and Software Engineering.

In Your Day-to-day, You Will

• Collaborate with consulting teams to solve complex and diverse technological challenges
• Support BCG Consulting and BCG X teams in project execution
• Apply engineering best practices across data and/or software development contexts
• Work at the frontier of AI and technology, contributing to projects that shape how leading organizations operate globally

What You'll Bring

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related) — expected graduation between July 2027 and December 2028
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to break down complex challenges and think through solutions clearly
• Available to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo or Rio de Janeiro

What Will Set You Apart

• Hands‑on technical experience — academic projects, research, or previous internships
• Engagement with the tech community through hackathons, courses, or industry events
